1. Product Description
Immersion aluminum alloy electric aluminum holding furnace is mainly suitable for the insulation
of non-ferrous metal solution. It has high requirements for die-casting process and low equipment
energy consumption.At present, die casting factories are looking for breakthroughs in how to
improve production efficiency, optimize energy consumption to the greatest extent, and how to
implement continuous transformation.
Direct internal heating of molten aluminum has high thermal efficiency, no oxide, high temperature
control accuracy of molten aluminum, and the energy consumption is more than 60% lower than
that of ordinary radiant heating furnace
